Malaysia My Second Home programme is an initiative of the Government of Malaysia, which accords people from all over the world (except for Israel) who fulfill certain criteria to stay in Malaysia for duration of 5 years under a social visit pass with a multiple entry visa. It is renewable upon the expiry of the social visa pass.

A survey conducted by TEG Media in 2019 revealed that there is a high level of satisfaction among those people who have moved to Malaysia under the MM2H programme.

The scheme was initially proposed by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, MOTAC, and is now overseen by the Immigration Department of the Home Affairs Ministry to promote positive immigration to the country. MOTAC is still responsible for promoting the Malaysia my second home programme.
